Rachel started 7 Layer Studio in 2004 from her apartment in NYC with an idea and a laptop. Since its inception, the studio has worked with clients large and small always with the same goal: create exceptional design while having fun along the way.
Rachel believes in a love for work and keeps that sentiment close with every new project and relationship she brings into the studio.
Rachel lives in South Orange, NJ with her husband and 4 children.
Patrick is a 2018 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design. He discovered his love for creative work in high school when he had the idea to create a line of t-shirts, which he then grew into a business.
Patrick specializes in identity and branding design, and also enjoys photography and video. He loves the process of design: taking an idea and conceptualizing it and bringing forth an entirely new thing for people to enjoy.
During Patrick’s commute from Washington, NJ, he enjoys the time to listen to his favorite podcasts. When he isn’t driving or working, Patrick likes to spend his time going to concerts, watching movies, and every so often getting a new tattoo.
Bailey brings her years of creative production experience to the studio having spent the first part of her career producing commercials for clients like Miramax, Kraft Foods, Pepsi, Nivea and the Census Bureau.
When Bailey isn't in the studio, she's honing her plant-tending and pie-baking skills or lovingly updating her 100-year old home.
Bailey lives in South Orange with her husband and three children.
