We got nostalgic with 7 Layer Studio’s annual holiday drop — we’re talking elementary school style fortune tellers.
Because whatever kind of year 2025 was for you, there’s something grounding in the simple joy of tactile creativity. So we wrote some good fortunes (and some silly ones), and packaged them in the coolest little origami craft for our clients and studio friends.

It all started when we received the wrong color paper for a client project earlier in the year (hello cotton candy pink!).
We held onto it, knowing it would be perfect for something. Fast forward to our holiday drop: that mixup became the perfect opportunity for something bold, fresh and fun as a year-end gift. And ultimately inspired our New Year’s message:
We can’t tell the future. But we’re all in for the ride. This year, no matter the hand you’re dealt, dive in with your whole heart. Be bold. Step out. Go all in. Who knows. You might just win big. In fact we’d bet on it.
