A website redesign that became something much more

Good design starts with good questions, and we dug ourselves deep with questions. ‘How should our new website look?’ became ‘Who is our website for?’ and ‘What are we saying to them?’ and a million other questions before we hit the big one… ‘What are our brand values?’
